Who we are
Flamingo ("Flamingo", "we", "us") is a habit-tracking app published by
Flamingo - Daily Habit Tracker. This Privacy Policy explains
what information Flamingo collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using
Flamingo, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Flamingo is built to work fully offline. The information below is only collected if you
choose to create an account to sync your data, or if you subscribe to premium features.
- Habit data you create — habit names, schedules, completion history,
streaks, and milestones you enter in the app. This is stored on your device, and if you
sign in, it is also stored in our database so it can sync across your devices.
- Account information — if you sign in to enable sync, we collect your
email address to identify your account.
- Subscription information — if you purchase a subscription, our payment
processing partner (RevenueCat) and Apple handle the transaction and share with us your
subscription status and entitlements (e.g., active/expired, product purchased). Flamingo
never receives or stores your payment card details — Apple handles all billing.
- Notifications — reminder times you set are scheduled locally on your
device. Flamingo does not use a push notification server and does not collect a device
push token for reminders.
What we don't do
- We do not include third-party advertising or ad-tracking SDKs.
- We do not use third-party analytics services to profile you.
- We do not sell your personal information.
How we use your information
- To sync your habits and progress across your devices.
- To operate, maintain, and secure your account.
- To validate and manage your subscription and entitlements.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
How your information is stored
Account data and synced habit data are stored using Supabase, our database
infrastructure provider, with row-level security so that only your authenticated account
can access your own data. Data is encrypted in transit. If you do not create an account,
your data stays only on your device.
Who we share information with
We share limited information only with the service providers needed to operate Flamingo:
- Supabase — hosts our database (account email, synced habit data).
- RevenueCat and Apple — process subscriptions and report entitlement status.
We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Your choices and rights
- You can use Flamingo without creating an account; your data will remain local to your device.
- You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your account and synced data at
any time by contacting us at ugurahmetselim07@gmail.com.
- You can disable reminder notifications at any time in your device settings.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Children's privacy
Flamingo is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your
region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you
believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International data transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where this happens,
we rely on our service providers' safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date
above when we do. Continued use of Flamingo after a change means you accept the updated policy.
